Mr. Hager’s first experience in the construction industry came in the 1970’s while working with
his father in the construction of residential homes.
In 1991, Mr. Hager first formed Ruford Hager Construction where he would work during the day
building houses while working at night on the evening shift at Steel of West Virginia.
In 1997, Mr. Hager made the transition from Steel of West Virginia to the construction industry
full time and formed Hager Construction as a residential/commercial construction company.
Since its conception Hager Construction, LLC has evolved into a primarily commercial based
company with an annual volume of over $8 million dollars per year.
